By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the proprietary and digital nature of the Recruiting Foundations Program, all sales are final.
Once your purchase is complete, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Voluntary Participation
By purchasing and participating in the Recruiting Foundations Program, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. The Program is intended for personal development, self-exploration, and educational purposes only. Individual results will vary depending on personal effort, background, and commitment.
3. No Guarantees
The creators, instructors, and affiliates of the Recruiting Foundations Program make no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, achievements, or results. Success depends on numerous individual factors beyond our control.
4. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
All information, materials, and guidance provided through the Program—including videos, written materials, journals, exercises, and virtual sessions—are for educational and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in this Program, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with personal development work, emotional processing, or other experiences that may arise. You agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being, choices, and actions during and after participation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essential Hires, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to injury, emotional distress, loss of income, or business interruption resulting from participation in the Program
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Essential Hires and all affiliated individuals and entities from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or use of the Program materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through Essential Hires —including but not limited to text, videos, audio, images, worksheets, and digital files—are the intellectual property of Essential Hires and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, or transmit any part of the Program without express written consent.
8. Payment and Access
Payment in full is required prior to gaining access to the Program. Unauthorized sharing of your login credentials or Program materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Essential Hires shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Updates and Modifications
Essential Hires reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in or access to the Recruiting Foundations Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during enrollment or participation will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver Program content or comply with legal obligations. 12. Recording and Media Release (Optional Section)
By participating in any live or recorded sessions, you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or educational purposes. By participating, you grant Essential Hires a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness, voice, or written feedback for promotional, testimonial, or marketing purposes unless you provide written notice opting out prior to participation.
13. Confidentiality and Community Conduct
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and their shared experiences during group or online sessions. You also agree to participate respectfully and refrain from any conduct that may be disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Essential Hires regarding your participation in the Convergence Program and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
By purchasing or participating in the Recruiting Foundations Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
