The Recruiting Foundations Program is a 6-month training and coaching experience designed to help recruiters at any level build a strong foundation, gain consistent traction, and increase placements with confidence. It includes self-paced training videos, hands-on coaching, and practical tools that combine proven recruiting systems with mindset-based performance coaching.
The program includes 11 high-impact training classes, with a rhythm of weekly self-paced training, group coaching, and one monthly 1:1 coaching session for each recruiter. It also includes a bi-weekly check-in with the manager or business owner to align on progress, reinforce accountability, and support overall team development.
The program is structured to be completed in 6 months, with training and coaching delivered in a consistent cadence.
For more than 1 Recruiter being trained with others the program includes: 11 self-paced training sessions, 24 group coaching sessions, 6 private 1:1 coaching sessions per Recruiter, and 12 Manager / Owner check ins.
For an individual who purchased the training program for themselves or a Manager who only has 1 Recruiter that needs training the program includes: 11 self-paced training sessions, and 24 private 1:1 sessions, plus 12 Manager/Owner Check-Ins, if applicable.
Each training class is approximately 30-45 minutes broken down into micro sessions (3-9 minutes each). Coaching is 1 hour per week. Expect to spend 1-2 hours per week between training & coaching and additional work to apply the learnings on the job.
This program is a hybrid model: self-paced learning combined with scheduled group coaching. Recruiters can watch any video or use tools, scripts, and worksheets on demand — meeting them exactly where they are. For example, if they need to prep a candidate for an interview, they can jump into that class right away. At the same time, we meet weekly: the first 30 minutes cover what’s next on the schedule, followed by open coaching on real-time challenges. While recordings are always available for flexibility, the rhythm of coaching, assignments, and accountability is what drives consistent progress.
No worries — all sessions are recorded and available in your training portal. You’ll never lose access to what you’ve missed. And, you an always ask your Coach for assistance.

For solo recruiters on Accelerate, coaching shifts to weekly 1:1 sessions instead of group calls — giving you consistent, personalized support tailored to your desk, goals, and challenges.
You’ll have access to your coaches through the portal and community, and managers will receive bi-weekly progress check-ins to stay in sync.
Yes. The community includes a private online space where participants can ask questions, share wins, and learn from peers throughout the program. It can also be customized for your team only, or turned off if preferred.
