The Recruiting Foundations Program is a hands-on training and coaching experience that helps recruiters at any level build a strong foundation, gain consistent traction, and increase placements with confidence. It combines self-paced video lessons, live coaching, and practical tools that blend proven recruiting systems with mindset-based performance development.

How is the program structured?

Your experience depends on your plan.

Self Starter – Self-paced access to all content, plus community support through Power Huddles, Deep Dives, and Ask-Anything chats.

Accelerate or Agency Plans – Include private coaching sessions and manager check-ins. You’ll create a personalized learning plan with your coach based on your goals and experience.

All plans live inside the Essential Hires Academy, your hub for training, coaching, and professional growth.

How long does the full program take to complete?

The Recruiting Foundations Program was built for real-world application, not quick consumption. Each module is designed to be watched, practiced, and applied on the job using the worksheets, coaching sessions, and Power Huddles for reinforcement.

When followed as designed—one module every two weeks—it takes about six months to complete. Some participants move faster, completing one module per week (about three months), while others go deeper and use the full year to master each concept. Your pace depends on your experience level and how you want to apply what you learn.

What can I expect from the 1:1 coaching sessions?

Each session is personalized to the recruiter’s needs—discussing live searches, messaging strategy, mindset challenges, or process improvements. It’s focused, practical time to strengthen performance where it matters most.

How much time does this require each week?

Expect to spend about 1–1.5 hours per week on lessons, Power Huddles, worksheets, and implementation.
If your plan includes 1:1 coaching sessions, those are additional and can be frontloaded early or spread throughout the year, depending on your goals and schedule.

Is the program self-paced or scheduled?

It depends on your plan.

In the Self-Starter plan, you can move through the program entirely at your own pace—watching lessons in any order or jumping straight to the topics you need most.

In the Accelerate and Agency plans, you’ll design a structured learning path with your coach (and your manager, if applicable) during your initial strategy session. You’ll still have full flexibility to rewatch or revisit any lesson anytime, but your plan will provide clear direction, focus, and accountability as you move through the modules.

What if I miss a session or fall behind?

No problem—every session is recorded and available in your training portal. You can rewatch at any time or ask your coach for support.

Who is the ideal participant?

Perfect for new recruiters, career changers, solo practitioners, and experienced recruiters who want to refine systems and consistency. Companies use it to onboard and uplevel teams; individuals use it for professional growth.

Can you customize the program for our company?

What topics are covered in the program?

Topics cover the entire recruiting life cycle for a 360 desk. Each training class is packed with practical frameworks, scripts, and repeatable systems.

How long will I have access to the materials?

You’ll have full access to all recordings, tools, and downloadable resources for the duration of your 12-month membership. Renewal options are available if you’d like to continue access and support beyond the first year.

Is personalized coaching included?

Yes — personalized 1:1 coaching is included in the Accelerate and Agency plans.


It’s not part of the Self-Starter plan, but you can add coaching sessions at any time if you’d like extra support or accountability as you move through the program.

What kind of support is available between sessions?

You’ll have access to coaches and peers through the Recruiter community and Ask-Anything channel. Managers receive four alignment check-ins throughout the year for visibility and accountability.

Is there a community component?

Yes. The Recruiter’s Circle is your private online space to ask questions, share wins, and exchange ideas with peers and coaches. The community also connects through Power Huddles, Deep Dives, and the Ask Anything support channel — interactive spaces to get feedback, workshop ideas, and stay supported between coaching sessions.

For larger teams, private company-specific channels can be created for a dedicated internal community. Or, if preferred, community access can be turned off altogether.

What’s the difference between Power Huddles and Deep Dives?

Power Huddles – Short (15-minute), twice-weekly Q&A sessions for quick guidance and accountability.

Deep Dives – One-hour interactive workshops exploring key Recruiting Foundations topics in depth, turning concepts into real-world practice.

Do you offer payment plans?

Optional Additions
